Building a culture of creativity and learning

To develop a creative workplace, we are evolving a process to enhance employee’s productivity and harness their creativity, by increased participation in critical improvement areas.

We believe learning is a continuous process and have successfully initiated following IN-HOUSE LEARNING PROGRAMMES : -

  • HANDSHAKE ACTIVITY
  • Members of our Sales and Marketing team are exposed to various cross-functional activities and are provided with relevant technical and commercial inputs so as to improve their functional efficiency, for effective & holistic Sales outputs.

  • SUPERVISORY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
  • We also undertake various in-house supervisory development programs where in subjects like TQM (Total Quality Management), SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), Good Maintenance Practices and various other operations related training programs are undertaken to help supervisors improve their skill levels and to shoulder higher responsibilities.

  • WORKERS TRAINING PROGRAMS
  • With the help of external agencies like Central Board for Workers Education, we undertake training programs on various areas to reinforce behaviors necessary for Quality driven culture in the organization.

  • SHOP FLOOR COMMITTIEES.
  • We have plant level committees represented by Management, Union and workers culture for healthy & constructive communication at all levels, to enhance productivity by channelsing their energies for achieving company’s Goals and also to maintain harmonious industrial relations.

Similarly, Plant Safety Committees have been formed to ensure Safe and healthy work environment.

These committees meet regularly on monthly basis and related issues are addressed with total participation from shop floor.
