Shri Amol S. Sheth is the principal promoter member of ANIL Group of Companies. He is in the business for more than 15 years and is involved in all facets of business operations and management of Group Companies.

Shri Amol Sheth brings a wealth of insight into business intricacies along with infectious enthusiasm for any initiative. In his role as the Chief Mentor for the ANIL Group, Shri Amol Sheth is architecting an aggressive growth plan in the Bio-Industrial, Rural Infrastructure and Food Processing domain with a clear emphasis on seamless project execution and sustainable value creation for all the stakeholders. Apart from different aspects of business operations, Shri Amol Sheth has strengths in areas of Strategy and Finance. He works on strategy formulation and is relentless in his pursuit of professionalizing the business and plotting a visionary path forward.

As a third-generation entrepreneur, Shri Amol Sheth's promising ideas and an inherently international outlook contributed to the growth and success of the ANIL Group. Amongst various first time initiatives, he was instrumental in getting an E.R.P. (SAP) implemented in Group Flagship Company, Anil Limited 10 years ago, which was the first of such implementation in the comparable sized companies in India. He emphasizes on systems & processes and has been keenly championing the adaptation of modern management & work practices like 5S, Kaizen, Quality Circles, TPM, TQM etc. with ANIL Group. Shri Amol Sheth believes in the power of people and leaves no stone unturned in ensuring that the employees' personal and professional needs in terms of self & professional development, work-life balance get addressed adequately.

Shri Anurag Kothawala has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemicals) and a Master's degree in Business Administration (Marketing) from Gujarat University. He has pursued various leadership, strategic and human process courses, programs and workshops conducted by the top institutes like FLAME, SUMEDHAS and IIM-A.

He has over 20 years of experience in field of finance, accounts and corporate strategy. He has played various roles in Anil Group of Companies like Material Head, Finance Head, Business Control, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Presently, he is handling all the Corporate Stratagic initiatives. His areas of passion are swimming, playing snooker and badminton. His hobbies include Indian classical music & playing tabla. Shri Kothawala is on the Board of Directors of Anil Bioplus Limited.

Shri Dipal Palkhiwala is the spirit behind the aggressive growth trajectory of Anil Group of Companies. A Master's in Marketing Management with more than 20 years of experience in Enzymes and Biotechnology Industry, Shri Dipal Palkhiwala started his career in 1990 by getting associated with the family Enzymes Manufacturing Business.

Since the start of his professional career, Shri Dipal Palkhiwala is actively engaged and associated with in the production of Enzymes / Biotechnology products. He has expertise in handling Business Operations including Sales and Marketing, Business Development, New Product Development, Strategic Planning, Quality Assurance and Quality Control, Technical Services, Production, Expansion Projects, Finance etc. As part of his quest to acquire knowledge of biotechnology process, Dipal Palkhiwala has travelled abroad extensively and explored international markets world over.

Shri Nalin Kumar Thakur brings more than 29 years of experience in the field of Systems & Processes, out of which more than 15 years have been with Anil Group. His previous experience was, 14 years in the field of Systems with Tata Steel. Presently, he is heading Human Resource, Personnel & Administration, Systems, and Information Technology Services.

He, along with CMD, Shri Amol S. Sheth was instrumental in bringing SAP and implementing it at Anil in 1999 - 2000. He has designed and implemented the Project Management System which is being used quite effectively by the project designing and implementing teams of all the companies in the Group. Lot of cultural changes initiatives were led by him. He has been the driving force behind the implementation of various management / work practices - 5S, CEDAC, KANBAN, TPM, KAIZEN, GEMBA-KAIZEN, Quality Circles etc.

He has also successfully led various B.P.R. initiatives, He designed a unique organizational mapping tool "PRISM Mapping". This is a very effective facilitation tool which can be put to great use for implementing an ERP, BPR initiatives or/and any such organizational effectiveness program. He believes that cultural transformation can only be brought about by the meaningful changes in the work practices. His hobbies include reading books on literature, philosophy & history (mainly various civilizations, connections between/amongst them, rise and fall of empires & dynasties). Other interests include meeting new people, visiting new places and following cricket & soccer.

Prof. Indira Parikh's name is a formidable name in the area of organizational management. In 2004, she became the first woman dean of Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad, country's best business school thereby also having the distinction of being the first woman dean amongst all IIM's in the country.

After completing her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Social Studies in 1969, she pursued Master's in Education from University of Rochester, USA and thereafter completed Doctorate in Education from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad in 1979. In her professional career spanning more than three decades, she has held 21 positions at different management positions and held multiple responsibilities in diversified sectors, which is remarkable and unparalleled in the industry.

For all her achievements and contributions to the world of management, Prof. Indira Parikh is conferred with several awards and recognitions - Most important of them all is the Lifetime Achievement Award for Best Teacher in Management at the World HRD Congress. She also has many publications to her credit - Books, research papers, monographs, articles, working papers, etc.

Prof. Indira Parikh is the Founder President of Foundation for Liberal and Management Education, Pune. During her professional stint at Management level, she was Dean of IIM, Ahmedabad from 2002 to 2005 and also a Professor in Organizational Behaviour Area at the Institute. She has held the positions of the Chairperson of Organizational Behaviour Area, Fellow Programme in Management (FPM), Postgraduate Diploma in Management Program (PGP), Placement Committee and Alumni Relations and Activity Committee. She is the Founder Member of Sumedhas: The Academy for Human Context. She is on the Board of Indian Oil Corporation Limited and several other organizational and academic boards.

The current focus of work is on transformation of organizations and corporate boards. She has designed management development programs in institution building, Leadership effectiveness, issues of role and identity, and Organizational renewal. She has conducted programs on issues related to women, primarily managerial and leadership roles, in various countries in Africa, South East Asia, Dubai, Netherlands and USA.

She is involved in Organization Design and Development studies as well as assessment of individuals and organizations. Prof. Parikh has taught at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France and Texas A & M University, USA. She has done consulting at national and international settings with many donor agencies.
